32nd Annual Canal-Apple Days
September 13-14, 2008 --- Widmeyer Park, Hancock Maryland

Activities begin with the Grand Parade at 11am through Hancock (Main Street) to Widmeyer Park with approximately $2,000 in prizes to be awarded for various categories.

 

Saturday, September 13 - 11 am until 5 pm

11 am - closing: Arts & Crafts, food vendors

11 am: Grand Parade on Main Street - Bands - Floats - Vehicles - Ala Gahn Shrine Units - Fire & Rescue Equipment

Sunday, September 14 - 12 Noon until 5 pm (Schedule to be announced later)

DIRECTIONS:

From Hagerstown - I-70 West, Exit 3; Turn right and continue through

town to Widmeyer Park on your right.

From Cumberland and Breezewood - I-68E and I-70E, Exit 1; Turn right

at Stop Sign and Widmeyer Park will be on your immediate right.

From Winchester, US 522N, turn right on High Street (North end of 522 bridge) and turn right on Virginia Avenue, turn right on Main Street.
