The Saputo Chesse USA facility in Hancock, MD operates 24/7, with the number of productions days per week

dependent upon volume of orders. The plant currently employs 80 people at this location. The plant

manfactures mozzarella and provolone cheeses for retail, food service, and industrial market sectors.

Our cheeses are used on pizzas, sliced on sandwiches, used on cheese trays, or used as an ingredient in

various baked dishes. The plant has operated in Hancock, Md for 16 + years.
